Creature Name: The Leanansidhe
Series: The Dresden Files
Location: The lands of the Winter Court in the Realm of Fairy
Rarity: Unique
Description: The Leanansidhe, or Lea for short, is one of the highest ranking nobles in the court of Queen Mab, the ruler of the Unseelie Court of Winter. She's a very tall, slender, inhumanly beautiful woman with reddish hair curled down past her hips, complementing her flawless skin, high cheekbones, and lush, full, blood red lips. Her face is ageless, and her golden eyes have vertical slits instead of pupils, like a cat. Lea frequently makes deals with promising young artists, granting them phenomenal talent and inspiration in exchange for drastically reducing their lifeforce, literally feeding off their creative energies until there is nothing left. She has also been known to make deals with mortals, giving them increases in magical power in return for favors to be paid at a later date. One instance is the deal she made with Harry Dresden to give him the power he needed to survive his Foster Father's attempts on his life. While Lea is bound to follow the obligations of her deal to the letter and is incapable of lying, she is also a absolute master at twisting the words of the deal to suit her own ends. For example, she made a deal with Harry's mother to protect him, and promptly turned around and tried to turn him into one of her hell hounds, reasoning that he would be safer by her side than anywhere else.

Note, Lea is not evil, so much as she is flighty, prideful, capacious, conniving, and utterly unburdened by a conscience or morality. In her own twisted alien way she can care about people, but those who mistake this caring for anything human always suffer. She has tremendously powerful magic, able to transmute living beings, heal wounds as if they were never there, and create objects from literally nothing, but she is a fairy and thus bound by certain rules. She may not go against the will of Queen Mab directly, and the Queens commands are absolute, iron in all its forms burns her, and she must always oblige the letter of any promise she makes, lest she give the one whose deal she fails to honor power over herself.

Despite these weaknesses, however, she is an extremely formidable being, and not to be trifled with.

Potion; Synthetic Phoenix Tears
Name: Synthetic Phoenix Tears
Type: Healing, Defensive
> Powdered Unicorn Horn
> Angelica Root
> Castform Skin
> Phoenix Tail Feather
> Crystalized Pheonix Flame
> Myrrh
> Salamander Skin
> Blissey Heartstring

Description: Synthetic Phoenix Tears were first invented by Lady Zan Fa, a famous Potion's Mistress from China. The main ability of this potion lies in healing purposes, working just as well as actual Phoenix Tears, able to heal nearly any disease or ailment. Though, when combined with a magical talisman by a Master Enchanter, has been said to create incredibly powerful focal ward. It is imperative when brewing this potion that one's mind is clear, as negative thoughts can bring forth adverse reactions, at times even creating an explosive outcome. When made correctly and bottled, a small phoenix like figure will appear to swim within the vial. One batch can yield half a dozen vials.

Potion; Synthetic Dragon's Breath
Name: Synthetic Dragon's Breath
Type: Offensive, Combustive
> Jabberwock Fang
> Charziard Skin
> Infernape Fur
> Houndour Saliva
> Dratini Skin
> Torkoal Ash
> Dried Vinewood Leaves
> Dried Butternut Leaves
> Yohimbe Bark
> Red Jasper Powder
> Fire Agate Powder
> Alligator Juniper Bark
> Hornbeam Bark

Description: Synthetic Dragon's Breath was first discovered by a Chinese Wizard named Jun Li Chang in the late 1890s, a poor villager living on the outskirts of the Shaanxi Province, who was attemtping to create an undousable fire for warmth. Instead, he ended up creating a combustively offensive potion that blew up his neighbours house. Catching the eye of the Chinese Magical Imperial Defense Force, it has since then been combined with muggle and magical fireworks/rockets for a timed offensive attacks. Sparringly, the instructions have been given out to worthy allies over the years. When brewed correctly, the potion will turn the shade of active lava. It will not activate until it comes into contact with pressure of another object after being sealed. Typically one batch yields twenty-five small vials worth, as a small bit goes a long way in offensive strikes.

Element Wire
Artifact/Item Name: Element Wire.
Series: Original
Rarity: Uncommon Special (See Description.)
Description: Element wire is an artifact made by Chao Lingshen and Harry Dresden for defensive and possibly offensive (If you think outside the box) purposes. It's a reel of fishing wire that can be set to any one element and only turns active either on command or until upon contact. The drawback is that while the enchantment is indeed powerful (Such as Fire-based wire is hot enough to sear through flesh, Lightning-based wire can send enough volts to drop a large animal) it's still only as strong as normal fishing wire and it'll burn out within a minute or two after activation. While relatively easy to make if one considers it, its not something that can be found in stores or in common use.

Artifact/Item Name: Chaos Crystal
Series: Original Artifact
Rarity: Rare Special
Description: The second enchantment made by Chao Lingshen and Harry Dresden. Chaos Crystals are a small, slightly expensive crystal that's been imbued with the power to emit a sound that temporarily disrupt control on low summons, enforcing the controlled being to revert to their natural instinct for a limited time. The crystal even floats during the time its activated. The drawback is quite a few. It doesn't work on advanced summons or mind-control. It only lasts for 10-30 seconds before shattering. the materials to make them are pretty expensive and imbuing requires some intensive effort. They're also not found or used anywhere else, given only two people really know how to construct them.

Spell Name: Cero
Spell Type: Curse; beam spam
Incantation: Lo Cero (single), Los Ceros (multiple)
Description: Like most people that try to take over the world, the Arrancar developed a number of unique spells and potions that break away from the norm. Cero is one of them, as you can tell from the incantation breaking away from the expected Latin. The spell itself is a simple beam of light that can incinerate most everything, with the trade off of a spiritual drain on the caster. "Lo Cero" results in just one beam, while "Los Ceros" results in anti-army beam spam (and an even greater drain on the caster). The color of the beam is dependent on the caster; for example, Szayel's is pink. Like all spells and abilities created by the Arrancar, it is banned in Spain, and the ministry there treats this particular spell like an Unforgivable Curse. It is also pushing the rest of the world to do the same.

Spell Name: Gran Rey Cero
Spell Type: Curse; beam spam
Incantation: Gran Rey Cero
Description: Gran Rey Cero is an advanced form of Cero known only by the Espada. It is similar to the Cero, only the power is much more condensed... and the beam is the same size as the Cero, meaning it is much more powerful, and also demands much more of a spiritual drain of the caster.

Spell Name: Transceiver Charm
Spell Type: Charm
Incantation: Transmittus et Linkis
Description: This charm was created to be used for long distance communication and works much like the Muggle Walkie-talkie. It can be used on any inorganic object, usually something small and easily maneuvered because the audio output is hushed so that it can only be heard when it's held close to an ear. The charm was originally created to be used as a way for paired soldiers to communicate with each other, but has since become more popular with people that use it for less serious things.

The charm is cast by tapping the wand to one object while saying the 'Transmittus' part of the incantation, and then touching the wand to the object that will be linked to it when the 'Linkis' part is said. It is possible to link more objects together and to cast the charm without a wand, but only by the most advanced charm workers. The charm activates when first touched by a wizard and for as long as the charm holds only that wizard can activate it to send messages, but anyone can hear incoming transmissions so long as they can get close enough to listen. Activation to send a transmission is achieved by touching the spot that was first touched after the spell was cast.
